According to the parents of a three-month-old male infant, the child began to cry and refused to use his right arm immediately after a fall of approximately two feet. Physical examination of the right upper extremity revealed swelling of the right elbow but no neurovascular deficits. Anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of the right elbow are shown below (Fig. 1) along with radiographs of the left elbow for comparison (Fig. 2).
