A forty-seven-year-old woman had an evaluation of a gradually enlarging soft-tissue mass over the elbow and the anteromedial aspect of the distal part of the right arm. The mass had been present for three months. She had never resided outside North America. The medical history of this patient was unremarkable. She had no pulmonary symptoms, such as a productive cough.
