Abstract

1. Uncomplicated simple rotatory dislocation of the atlas occurs comparatively commonly.

2. Bilateral rotatory dislocation is very uncommon and is quite apt to be accompanied by sudden death.

3. A case of bilateral rotatory dislocation with recovery is reported in this paper.
