Abstract

In the summary of the paper by Dr. Fritz Teal, Congenital Dysplasia of the Upper End of the Femur, presented at the Annual Meeting of the Association of Bone and Joint Surgeons, an error appears on page 946, paragraph 8, line 5. For the sentence to be correct, the line must read: "at the age of eight of nine in order that the patient would have a stable hip to which an artificial limb could be fitted much more to advantage" instead of "at the age of eight or nine in order that he might later insert a prosthesis".
