Abstract

A case has been presented of spontaneous pseudarthrosis of the tibia in a white man, forty-one years old, with neurofibromatosis. The patient is far older than any one previously reported with a pseudarthrosis. Onlay and inlay bonegrafting with iliac crest was successful, union occurring after twelve months.
