Abstract

A case of fibrosarcoma arising within a draining osteomyelitic sinus of fortyone years' duration is presented. In the other three reports of similar cases, the lesion developed within sinuses of forty-one, forty-eight, and twenty years' duration. The number of cases and the follow-up are insufficient to justify any conclusions, but presumably these lesions should be treated in the same manner as sarcoma arising under any other circumstance.
