Abstract

Malignant hemangioendotheioma is a rare, malignant neoplasm of the endothelial lining of blood vessels. Diagnosis is contingent on demonstration of the characteristic histological picture—production of typical malignant endotheial cells forming anastomosing vascular clefts. The purpose of this paper has been to report one new case and to review another recently reported, both of which were primary in the cervical spine.
