Abstract

The case of a patient with a post-traumatic vesico-vaginal fistula and osteomyelitis of the pelvis is presented. The initiating factor was an occult perforation of the vagina by the fractured pubic bone. The significance of vaginal bleeding after pelvic fractures is discussed.
