The primary mission of
The Journal
is to present to our readers new knowledge that has been carefully
peer reviewed and edited to be accurate, concise, and readable.
But this is only the first step in a process that may or may not
result in the incorporation of this information into the fabric
of patient care. Since all new knowledge must be vetted over time,
we encourage our readers to participate in the
ongoing
peer-review process, and we offer two pathways that will facilitate
your ability to comment on the strengths or weaknesses of particular
Journal
articles.
