Question: In patients with traumatic anterior shoulder dislocation,

y; 82% men) with an acute first-time traumatic anterior shoulder dislocation
confirmed by radiography, no previous shoulder problems, and no fracture of
the greater tuberosity. All patients underwent arthroscopy within the first
week of injury. 75 patients were available for 10-year
follow-up.
