Abstract

1. All bullets lying within the dural sheath in the lumbar region are movable or potentially so.

2. Bullets lodged in the spinal canal should be removed as soon as possible.

3. It is unjust to the patient to undertake the removal of a bullet in the spinal canal without the aid of an operating room fluoroscope.
